ArchiveWeek 05/2026 · 1 February 2026
Text, design, data / knowledge, research and agents: one tool each, checked for value, cost and data protection.
This week focused on fundamental developments and new platforms that aim less at single features than at new ways of working. OpenAI launched Prism, a free AI-assisted platform for scientific writing with the potential to change academic collaboration. Google moved image recognition towards an agentic, interactive process with Agentic Vision in Gemini. In data analysis, Pandada AI stood out on Product Hunt by making unstructured data usable for professional reports.
This issue dates from before the English edition launched in October 2026. Summaries and short descriptions are translated; the detailed reviews are available in German. Detailed review in German →
